Brief Introduction：
The basic material for Alumina abrasion resistant ceramic plates is extreme pure synthetic (Alpha) alumina oxide. Today alumina ceramic of 92% purity is the best solution in terms of wear protection performance and material costs. However, other alumina content such 95% and 96% purity is usually custom made by the customers based on each specific conditions, which require either higher purity, impact or hardness for their applications.

Corrosion resistance
Its extremely high stability of molecular structure ensures its resistance to corrosion from various acid and alkali mediums.
Great hardness
Hardness Mohs 9, is only second to that of diamond
Light weight
Its density is 3.63g/cm3, only half of steel, making installation more convenient and load of equipment reduced largely.
Smooth surface
Smooth surface to achieve good flowability and to avoid plugs; No contamination of the conveyed materials due to no abrasion,no mixture or oxidation.
