Features:
● Reciprocating, horizontal single-acting and positive displacement.
● High power, light weight, small volume and high pressure.
● The pump is consisted of the power end assembly and the fluid end assembly.
● Four plunger sizes are available for multifarious pressures and displacements: 3 3/4”, 4”, 4 1/2” and 5”.
● It is integral crankshaft structure with heavy-duty of roller bearing supported.
● Two pairs of involute gears are installed separately on two ends of the crankshaft to transmit power, which reduce gear noise and extend gear life.
● Its fluid end is on EWS design, which connects to the power end by 20 alloy steel of pull rods. The pull rods stay in the power end after removing the fluid end. The plunger is clamped onto the pony rod which is easier for removal and maintenance of fluid end.
